Lured by the possibility of easy money, groups of bandits have penetrated the Zone with the purpose of looting what they can.

These disparate groups can comprise of destitute villagers, remnants of the Golden Horde, deserters from the Lithuanian Army or rogue nobles with their retinues. Some bandits may also carry a forged, or stolen, Writ of Pathfinding in an attempt to gain freer movement throughout the Zone.
