Since Lithuania pushed the Golden Horde out of the area around Kiev, the Lithuanian Army has been the dominant military power in the area.

Currently they are maintaining the Cordon around the Zone, but they are also believed to have set up encampments within it and have been known to patrol the deserted roads and towns to track Bandits who might be trying to illegally smuggle artefacts out.
